Our General Contracting Process
1. After your initial contact, one of our estimators will arrange a time to visit your site to review your project and provide an assessment.
2. You'll be provided with what work should be done, including any proactive measures needed to prevent future issues.
3. A detailed quote is then drafted and sent to you including photos taken on site as well as a time estimate and your final price.
4. All Major issues are highlighted in your quote to help you choose which items to complete first that will fit your budget.
5. We schedule your project. To ensure your business operations are unaffected, we work around your schedule to get the work done.
6. We provide regular project update reports and timeliens to ensure you are kept in the loop as we progress through major milestones
