Is every foundation crack a major repair?
No. Shrinkage and minor settlement cracks are common. Leaking, widening, or stair-step cracks deserve a look — but even those are often a targeted repair, not a full foundation replacement.
Can you really tell from a photo?
Often, yes. A close-up plus a wider shot of the wall or slab is enough for us to say “simple repair,” “needs a visit,” or “monitor it.” If a photo is not enough, we will not guess — we will book a site visit.
Do you only do foundations?
No. We repair concrete throughout the property — foundations, sidewalks, pads, stairs, garage floors, and commercial walks. If it is concrete in Edmonton, we can usually fix it.
