3. Detailed Quote — A detailed quote is drafted with line-item pricing so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

4. Scheduling — Once approved, we schedule your project around your operations. Most commercial clients can’t afford downtime — we work around you.

5. Clean Crew — Dust control, daily cleanup, and proper protection of adjacent surfaces are standard — not an upsell.

6. Final Walkthrough — Final walkthrough with you before we leave. If something isn’t right, we fix it on the spot.
